Countdown to 12:28 PM
12:28 PM in 24-hour format is 12:28. The 24-hour clock runs from 00:00 at midnight to 23:59 just before the next midnight. This format is widely used in Europe, the military, aviation, and computing to avoid any confusion between AM and PM times.
